Ron Minsk was quoted in Investor's Business Daily in an article titled “Industry Snapshot: Confronting The Power Shift.” The aricle discusses the status of the electric utilities industry; Ron points out that “California's mandate to cut carbon dioxide emissions should serve as writing on the wall for the industry at large… ’We're at a point now in the industry where one can reasonably foresee what may be a significant change in the rules with respect to (cutting) emissions... Pretty soon the issue will not be 'Should we do it?' but 'How should we do it?' "
