MSNBC Quotes Laura Thatcher On SEC's Red-Letter Day for Executive Pay Miscreants

Laura Thatcher, head of Alston & Bird's executive compensation practice, comments on the debate being waged of how much a company should reveal regarding how top executives are rewarded. Laura noted that the executive compensation portion of company proxy statements used to run about 10 pages and now can reach 60, and that's a considerable amount of information for the public to take in.
