Financial Times Refers to Laura Thatcher in Article on Merrill O’Neal’s Compensation

Laura Thatcher, head of the firm’s executive compensation practice, was referred to in an article in the October 31 Financial Times, titled “O'Neal lands with $160m parachute,” which discussed the retirement package Stan O'Neal will receive from Merrill Lynch. According to Laura's analysis, “Mr O'Neal's package includes exercisable stock options worth about $41.6m based on Merrill's closing stock price of $67.42” on October 29.
