Alston & Bird Serves as Lead Adviser to Adams Respiratory on $2.3 Billion Sale

The Daily Report covered the recent sale of Adams Respiratory Therapeutics Inc. to British firm Reckitt Benckiser PLC where partner J. Vaughn Curtis served as lead adviser on the Alston & Bird team.  Also on the team were partners Richard W. Grice, J. Mark Ray, Justin R. Howard and Laura G. Thatcher, along with associates Sarah E. Smith and Russell A. Hilton.
