Susan Hurd Quoted in Atlanta Business Chronicle on Supreme Court Ruling

Susan Hurd was quoted in an Atlanta Business Chronicle article, “U.S. Supreme Court Rules for Scientific-Atlanta,” on January 18, 2008. In a 5-3 decision on Tuesday, January 15, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its ruling in the Stoneridge Investment Partners v. Scientific-Atlanta and Motorola, 128 S. Ct. 761 (2008) case, which was argued before the Court in October. Alston & Bird represented Scientific Atlanta.
