Susan Hurd was quoted in a Cox News Service article, “High Court Rules in Favor of Scientific-Atlanta,” on January 18, 2008. In a 5-3 decision on Tuesday, January 15, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its ruling in the Stoneridge Investment Partners v. Scientific-Atlanta and Motorola, 128 S.
