Susan Hurd Quoted in USA Today on Supreme Court Ruling

Susan Hurd was quoted in a USA Today article, “Investors Lose in Court Ruling,” on January 18, 2008. In a 5-3 decision on Tuesday, January 15, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its ruling in the Stoneridge Investment Partners v. Scientific-Atlanta and Motorola, 128 S. Ct. 761 (2008) case, which was argued before the Court in October. Alston & Bird represented Scientific Atlanta.  The article also appeared on the ABC News Website.
