Martin Bunin Quoted in The Citizen

Martin Bunin was quoted in the April 16 issue of The Citizen in the article, “AMH to file reorganization plan.” The article discusses Auburn Memorial Hospital’s (AMH) intention to emerge from Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and their proposed Joint Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure. Bunin represents the committed of unsecured creditors in the bankruptcy case and commented that the current plan, “is unacceptable to the creditor’s committee,” and that if AMH moves forward with the plan, creditors are likely to oppose.
