Carolyn Smith Quoted in BNA Daily Tax Report

Carolyn Smith was quoted in a BNA Daily Tax Report article discussing Senate legislation (S. 3278) that would limit the number of Section 401(k) plan loans a participant could take, and prohibit the use of plan loans made through credit cards. Smith stated that it was too late in the year for Congress to pay attention to this bill, but similar legislation may be seen in 2009.
