Firm Ranks 10th Nationally in Corporate Counsel “Who Represents Corporate America” Poll; Intellectual Property Group Ranks Fifth

In its annual rankings of law firms that represent America’s biggest corporations, Corporate Counsel ranked Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Group fifth in their 2008 “Who Represents Corporate America” poll. The firm as a whole also ranked highly, ranking tenth nationally in the most important category, “On Top of Their Game: Overall Mentions.”

Corporate Counsel researched public records to determine what firms where most widely used by the largest clients, and looked at the areas of commercial law and contracts litigation, corporate transactions, labor and employment litigation, and intellectual property.
