Frank Hirsch Inducted into American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers

Frank Hirsch, partner in the firm’s Litigation and Trial Practice Group, was recently inducted into the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers.  Membership in the College is by invitation only and is limited to those lawyers whose practices have been concentrated in consumer financial services and who have achieved preeminence in this legal discipline.  Currently there are less than 100 members, and Hirsch is one of only three North Carolina lawyers invited into this prestigious organization.

The American College of Consumer Financial Service Lawyers, Inc. is a professional association of lawyers “particularly skilled and experienced in handling consumer financial services matters and dedicated to the improvement and enhancement of the skill and practice of consumer financial services law and the ethics of the profession.”
