Alston & Bird again appears among the “Client Service 30” in the BTI Consulting Group’s 2014 survey of law firm client service performance, the BTI Client Service A-Team. The Client Service 30 designation is reserved for the top performing firms in the industry with regard to client service, a select group culled from the 650 core law firms that serve the Fortune 1000. 2014 represents the eighth year the firm has been so designated.
The Client Service A-Team survey ranks law firms based on demonstrated excellence in client service, and is recognized as among the most accurate and reliable in the profession, exhibiting an independent and unbiased methodology. In addition, the survey assesses 17 specific characteristics that general counsel and c-level executives have identified as driving superior client relationships. Alston & Bird scored among the “Best of the Best,” the “Leaders of the Best” or the “Honor Roll of the Best” in all 17 categories.
The 2014 survey pointed out that “Alston & Bird continues to nurture the strength of their bench, not only through knowledge and talent, but through a very attentive eye on client service.”
