Partner Rob Stone and Senior Associate Kim McWhorter, both in the firm’s Health Care Group, published a chapter in the Georgia Health Law Manual titled, “Healthcare Fraud and Abuse Laws.” The manual offers a detailed analysis of legal issues affecting hospitals and health systems.
Since 1979, the manual has been created on behalf of the Georgia Academy of Health Care Attorneys, an affiliated society of the Georgia Hospital Association (GHA), which includes members of the State Bar of Georgia who are legal advisors to GHA member hospitals.
