Alston & Bird has been ranked in the 2014 BTI Brand Elite: Client Perceptions of the Best-Branded Law Firms report published by BTI Consulting. The report features those firms identified by general counsel as having exceptionally strong brands, delivering premium value and providing innovative service to their clients.
According to the survey’s executive summary, BTI “drew on 13 years of data to develop the framework for measuring and analyzing the market presence and brand imprint of law firms.” The firm measured “unaided market awareness” along nine key dimensions that contribute toward performance perception in the three critical success factors defining brand: client’s choice, premium and innovation. The nine measured qualities were: recommended; short-listed; premium value; bet-the-company; survivors; movers & shakers; tech-savvy; value leaders; and client-service strategists.
