Alston & Bird has been ranked 9th in the nation in overall diversity in the 2015 Vault Guide to the Top 100 Law Firms.
The Vault Guide rankings are determined by internal associate survey responses in its five different categories of diversity initiative, including diversity for women, minorities, LGBT, individuals with disabilities and military veterans. In these categories, the firm was ranked 10th with respect to women, 6th with respect to minorities, 11th with respect to LGBT individuals, 14th with respect to individuals with disabilities and 10th for military veterans.
