Alston & Bird partner Jason Goode has been elected to the board of directors of the Atlanta Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
A lawyer in the firm’s Corporate Practice, Goode focuses on public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities law compliance and other complex business transactions. He is a frequent speaker on securities and corporate governance issues.
Goode received his J.D. from the Duke University School of Law and his B.A. in political science from Duke University. He serves on Duke's national alumni association board of directors.
