Tom Scully Talks with C-SPAN about the 1965 Medicare and Medicaid Acts

Tom Scully, senior counsel in the firm’s Legislative & Public Policy Group, appeared on C-SPAN discussing the Medicare and Medicaid Acts of 1965. A former administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, he discussed President Lyndon Johnson’s vision of the bill and looked at the present state of the program.
