Alston & Bird has once again been recognized as a leader in patent litigation by Corporate Counsel magazine.
In the publication’s 2014 Patent Litigation Survey, the firm placed seventh overall for the number of U.S. patent lawsuits it handled in federal district courts in 2013, with a total of 82 cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. The firm also ranked fifth in the number of cases it defended against, with 71.
The survey captures which firms are most active in patent litigation based on the previous year’s court filings.
