Alston & Bird continues to expand its Finance Practice with the addition of Nikki Ott as counsel in Charlotte.

Ott focuses her practice on mortgage- and asset-backed securitization, primarily representing major financial institutions offering corporate trust services in structured finance transactions. She also has experience in civil litigation, arbitration and regulatory investigation and defense matters. She joins from Bryan Cave LLP.

“Nikki will add an important dimension to our corporate trust services,” said Robert Sullivan, Alston & Bird partner and co-leader of the Finance Practice. “The firm’s reputation as a leading advisor to financial institutions on commercial and residential mortgage-backed securitizations makes Nikki a terrific fit for our practice.”
