Alston & Bird client Pamlico Capital Management LP has acquired World 50 Inc., an invite-only peer-to-peer network and knowledge-exchange platform serving corporate executives, from Chicago Growth Partners LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2004, World 50 has more than 900 members representing 500-plus companies on six continents.
World 50 is the eighth investment by Pamlico Capital III, a fund with $650 million of committed capital.
