Alston & Bird’s Silicon Valley office has been recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work in the Bay Area” by the San Francisco Business Times and Silicon Valley Business Journal. Of the 25 workplaces surveyed in the smallest companies category, the firm ranks No. 10. This is the first time the firm’s Silicon Valley office has been recognized in the survey and the firm’s second California office to be singled out as a best place to work.
Honoring companies that have exceptional workplaces and value the contributions of their employees, the rankings are created in conjunction with the publication’s research partner, Quantum Workplace, which sent surveys directly to employees of companies that were in consideration. The findings are numeric, based on Quantum’s scoring process.
The ranking follows recent recognition by Fortune magazine, which named Alston & Bird one of the country’s top employers for the 17th consecutive year, and its selection as one of the best places to work in North Carolina and Atlanta by Business North Carolina and Atlanta Journal-Constitution, respectively.
