Alston & Bird has been recognized by Fortune as one of the best places to work in Texas.
The firm ranked No. 47 in Fortune’s 2017 “50 Best Workplaces in Texas,” one of only two AmLaw 100 firms recognized by the publication.
In an introduction highlighting the companies selected for inclusion, Fortune notes that the rankings “reward organizations where not only the majority of their employees experience a great place to work, but these experiences are highly consistent, regardless of gender, race/ethnicity, job role or other personal characteristics.”
The survey was conducted in partnership with Great Places to Work®.
The Fortune recognition builds on other recent workplace accolades earned by Alston & Bird. These include the firm’s selection in Fortune’s annual survey of the country’s “100 Best Companies to Work For®” – the 17th consecutive year that the firm has been singled out by the magazine for its exceptional culture. The firm has also been honored with WorldatWork’s 2017 “Seal of Distinction” and recognized for earning a perfect score in the 2017 Corporate Equality Index, an annual survey by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation that measures commitment to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender workplace equality.
