Colin Kelly, partner in Alston & Bird’s Products Liability Group, has been named to the 2019 class of Leadership Atlanta, one of the nation’s oldest and most sustained community leadership programs for business, civic, and community leaders.
Selected for the program from more than 400 applications received from across metro Atlanta, Kelly focuses his practice in the areas of product liability defense and mass/toxic torts. Over the past decade, he has litigated complex matters for more than 10 different Fortune 500 companies and has prepared cases for trial in 42 states. He currently serves as national trial counsel to U-Haul International, Union Carbide, and several international manufacturing companies in their serious and fatal product liability matters across the United States.
