Shifali Baliga is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. Shifali concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation and internal investigations.

Before joining the firm, Shifali was an associate at a litigation firm based in Washington, D.C. Before that, she served as a law clerk for Judge Andre M. Davis of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Shifali received her J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Duke University, where she was executive editor of the Duke Law Journal. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Emory University.
