Bruce Chatman is an associate with Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property – Patents Group. Before joining the firm, Bruce supported the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in a variety of technologies. He also has experience drafting prelitigation correspondence addressing patent infringement rights, as well as drafting internal communications with a focus on patent prosecution and administrative law.
Bruce received his J.D., cum laude, from Florida A&M University College of Law, a B.S. in mathematics from Florida State University, and a B.S. in physics from the University of Central Florida. Bruce’s physics concentration while at the University of Central Florida was semiconductor device physics.
