Margaret Craib is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Finance Group. She represents investment banks and financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including repurchase facilities, warehousing and other secured lending facilities backed by residential mortgage loans, servicing rights, student loans, and other asset classes. Margaret focuses her practice on corporate asset-backed finance, CLOs, mortgage servicing rights transactions, residential mortgage-backed securitizations, and other asset-backed securitizations.
Margaret earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, and she earned her B.A. from University of Southern California.
