Adam Doane is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group. Adam has a broad range of experience conducting intellectual property due diligence, including analysis of extensive patent, trademark and copyright portfolios as well as IP-related licenses and agreements. He has particular knowledge in drafting and prosecuting patent applications for chemical technologies before the USPTO and foreign patent offices.
Adam received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he served as the articles editor of the Ohio State Law Journal. Before law school, Adam completed his undergraduate degrees in economics and chemistry at The Ohio State University.
