Samuel Feldman is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Securities Litigation Group. Sam focuses his practice on securities cases and derivative suits.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Sam worked at a Philadelphia law firm handling nationwide securities fraud class action lawsuits on behalf of institutional investors.
Sam received his J.D. with honors from Emory University. While there, he served as the Symposium Editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal and Senior Contributing Editor of the Emory Corporate Governance & Accountability Review. Sam also competed in moot court. He received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Florida, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
