- Represented a large investment bank on the origination of $242 million in CMBS mortgage debt secured by two retail developments in the Midwest.
- Represented a large investment bank on the origination of $365 million in CMBS mortgage debt secured by three large towers in downtown Chicago owned by a publicly traded insurance company.
- Represented a large investment bank on the origination of a mortgage loan secured by a large resort property in South Carolina with unique and complicated features (including three separate condominium regimes, multiple golf courses, and improvements constructed on top of navigable waters).
- Represented a large investment bank on the negotiation of a series of multilayered mortgage/mezzanine intercreditor agreements among our client (as the mortgage lender) and several institutional subordinate investors relating to a debt stack exceeding $500 million secured by a pool of hospitality properties throughout the U.S.
- Represented a special servicer in restructuring a defaulted CMBS loan secured by a hotel property in New York City.
