Alex Hecht is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Health Care Group. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, and securities-law compliance. She counsels both private and public health care companies on transaction and governance matters. Physician practice groups and private equity sponsors rely on her guidance on various acquisitions, including specifically in the dental, cardiology, behavioral health, dermatology, and medical spa space.
Alex received her J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law, and her B.A., cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
