Rachel Leff is an associate with Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. Rachel previously served as a law clerk to the Hon. Beverly B. Martin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Hon. Leigh Martin May of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Rachel earned a dual J.D., with honors, and M.P.H. from the Emory University School of Law and Rollins School of Public Health. While in law school, she served as an editor of the Emory Law Journal and was awarded the Alan Rumph Memorial Scholarship for outstanding scholarship in the field of health law from the State Bar of Georgia. Rachel also received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Emory University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
