John is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group. Before joining the firm, John worked for a publicly traded engineering and logistics company as a corporate legal intern. John also has experience with Section 337 unfair import investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission, representing foreign and domestic clients in matters involving patent, trademark, trade secret, and antitrust violations.
John received his law degree, with honors, from The George Washington University and served as a notes editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Quarterly Journal. John was also a Thurgood Marshall Scholar, a member of the Moot Court Board, a Dean’s Fellow, and a Writing Fellow.
