Jenna Polivy is a senior associate with Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group.
Before joining the firm, Jenna served in various capacities as an attorney, law clerk, and intern. She brings more than five years of litigation experience, including serving as a judicial clerk for both the Honorable Gregory H. Woods and the Honorable Barbara Moses of the Southern District of New York, and as an Alexander Fellow intern for the Honorable Kimba Wood, also of the Southern District of New York.
Jenna received her J.D., magna cum laude, at Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a Monrad Paulsen Scholar and a Golding Scholar. While pursuing her law degree, Jenna served as an articles editor for the Cardozo Law Review and participated in Cardozo’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Program.
