• Advised Clearview Capital in its sale of Community Medical Services, a provider of opioid treatment services.
• Represented Tenet Healthcare Corporation in its $1.1 billion sale of five acute care hospitals in the Miami-Dade and Southern Broward County area to Steward Health Care System LLC. 
• Advised Clearview Capital in its acquisition of LTC Consulting Services, a company providing back-office solutions for long-term care facilities.
• Represented a private equity-backed urgent care platform in a joint venture with a hospital system. 

Faith Proper is an associate with Alston & Bird’s Health Care Group. Faith’s clients span across the health care industry, including private equity, hospitals, and post-acute care companies. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, issues pertaining to private equity investments, and related health care and general corporate matters. She counsels physician practice groups in divestitures, including cardiology, gastroenterology, urology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and dermatology practices. Faith also represents private equity sponsors in various acquisitions, including dental practices, ophthalmology practices, ambulatory surgery centers, and opioid treatment companies.

Before joining the firm, Faith served as a law clerk at AdventHealth, where she worked on COVID-19 regulatory and compliance issues, vendor contracts, internal policies, privacy notices, and other documents regarding accreditation standards. Faith earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Florida, as valedictorian, where she was inducted to the Order of the Coif and served as the senior articles editor of The Florida Law Review. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from Emory University.
