Jack Schroder is a former leader of the firm’s Health Care Regulatory Group and a partner for over 25 years. Jack now concentrates his practice in health care regulatory compliance and credentialing/peer review. Jack has been listed in Super Lawyers magazine, Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business for his health care expertise.
He has represented state hospital associations and numerous hospitals and health-related organizations across the country. He has also advised hospitals and medical staffs in numerous peer review proceedings and lawsuits, served as a hearing officer in peer review appeal hearings, and provided counsel on credentialing matters to health care systems from New Hampshire to New Mexico.
