Emily Shaw is a senior associate with Alston & Bird’s Health Care Group. She advises a broad range of health care and life sciences businesses and providers on complex transactional, regulatory, and legislative matters. Emily focuses her practice on drug pricing and reimbursement, health care mergers and acquisitions, and legislative issues. Emily has developed a niche practice on 340B Drug Pricing Program matters.

Emily earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School. She graduated from the University of Missouri–Kansas City with a B.M. in music performance.

Before joining Alston & Bird, Emily worked in the Kansas City office of a national firm, where she practiced in the health care group.
