Georgina St. Johns is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. Before joining the firm, Georgina interned for the General Counsel of a large health care corporation, assisting with closings, M&A transactions, and private equity financing. Georgina also interned at the Kosovo Specialist Prosecutor’s Office in the The Hague, where she assisted with trial preparation for cases involving international war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Georgina earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. While there, she served as an authorities editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law, and was a member of the Women Law Student’s Association, Law and Business Society of Vanderbilt Law School, and Vanderbilt in Venice. Georgina earned her B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles in political science, where she studied abroad in London, Paris, Amsterdam, and Brussels.
