Christian Sweeney is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Practice group. Before joining Alston & Bird, Christian served as a law clerk for the Hon. Matthew Kacsmaryk in the Northern District of Texas. He managed the court’s civil docket and worked on cases involving Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, the ADEA, Religious Freedom Restoration Act, and Texas state law. Christian also served as a summer law clerk for the Office of the Solicitor General in the Texas Attorney General’s office.
Christian received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. He received a B.A. in international political economy and political science from the University of Texas at Dallas.
