Michelle Tomkovicz is an associate with Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Group. Michelle focuses her practice on class action and multidistrict litigation.
Before joining the firm, Michelle gained experience as a judicial extern for the Hon. Sarah Hawkins Warren in the Georgia Supreme Court and as a judicial intern for the Hon. Reggie B. Walton in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Michelle also served as a case assistant for Alston & Bird.
Michelle received her J.D., with high honors and Order of the Coif membership, from the Emory University School of Law. While in law school, she served as the executive articles editor for the Emory Law Journal and the vice president of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association, and gained litigation experience in the Barton Juvenile Defender Clinic. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in international relations from the University of Southern California.
