Geoffrey Williams is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Financial Restructuring and Reorganization Group. He focuses on representing debtors, creditors, and other parties in Chapter 11 cases as well as bankruptcy litigation matters.
Geoffrey was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert E. Grossman in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a staff member for the Fordham Environmental Law Review and an Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award recipient. Geoffrey earned a B.A. in American studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
