Kelsey Wong is an associate with Alston & Bird’s Labor & Employment Group. With a background in civil litigation, Kelsey has significant knowledge on a wide range of labor and employment laws. She has experience defending employers against class action and single plaintiff claims arising from allegations of wage-and-hour violations, wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination. She has also advised clients in multiple industry sectors, including retail, education, and logistics, on a wide range of employment issues, particularly employee discipline, employment policies, and employee handbooks.
Kelsey graduated with her J.D. from Columbia University. During law school, she served as articles editor for the Columbia Journal of Asian Law. Kelsey received her B.A, summa cum laude, in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
