Kendall Houghton and Andy Yates will participate in this event hosted by Georgetown Law.
Kendall Houghton serves on the Advisory Board Nomination Committee.
Andy Yates will speak at the session “Pass-Through Entities.” The session will:
- Review issues facing pass-through entities in response to the federal pass-through entity audit regulations, state reactions to the federal changes, state-entity-level returns, composite returns, and series LLC reporting.
- Address the federal changes and the reactions by state and local tax jurisdictions to those changes.
- Address trading issues in the state and local arenas dealing with owners and partners.
