Alston & Bird analyzed all requirements and developed a secure tool with a custom database to track financial assurances and instruments by facility. The solution includes:

  • Complex database calculations to determine the financial assurance amounts.
  • Tracking of renewal dates and inflation adjustments dates.
  • A user-friendly wiki that made it simple for anyone to perform analysis of federal and state requirements
  • Notifications that verified the appropriate financial assurance was in place for each facility.
