Chuck Cox will be speaking during the session “M&A Litigation Developments.” Panelists will discuss New York versus Delaware as a forum for stockholder litigation; broken deal litigation after Akorn; developments in appraisal, including its convergence with and divergence from fiduciary duty litigation; litigating over high-vote and low-vote stock; and managing the torrent of M&A litigation in federal courts.
