FIS and Worldpay to Combine to Accelerate the Future of Finance and Commerce Globally

Alston & Bird acted as counsel to Credit Suisse, the financial advisor to Worldpay, Inc., in connection with the proposed acquisition of Worldpay by Fidelity National Information Services in a cash and stock deal valued at $43 billion.
