Alston & Bird Assists Graphic Packaging in Secondary Offerings Totaling $1.7 Billion.

An Alston & Bird team led by Scott Ortwein that included Justin Howard, Kyle Healy, Charlie Yates, Clay Littlefield and Julie Mediamolle represented Graphic Packaging in a series of public offerings with proceeds totaling in excess of $1.7 billion. The offerings were a series of related equity offerings beginning in 2012 and ending in May 2014, pursuant to which investment funds, TPG, Clayton, Dublier & Rice and Old Town, and the Adolph Coors family sold their entire stake in Graphic Packaging.
