As reported by BTI Consulting Group in its latest study — BTI Litigation Outlook 2016: Changes, Trends and Opportunities for Law Firms — Alston & Bird is one of only four firms favored by general counsel for IP litigation and one of only six firms favored for commercial litigation. The study comprised more than 160 law firms serving large and Fortune 1000 clients.
The report further underscores Alston & Bird’s client service leadership and marketplace differentiation, which were highlighted in other recent BTI surveys.
In July, for the fifth consecutive year, Alston & Bird was identified as one of a small number of firms that general counsel are willing to bet their reputation on and recommend to their peers in BTI’s Most Recommended Law Firms 2015.
And in April, Alston & Bird was singled out by general counsel as one of the most highly regarded law firm brands in BTI’s Brand Elite 2015: Client Perceptions of the Best-Branded Law Firms, which found that exemplary client service is the main determinant distinguishing the competitive strength of a law firm’s brand.
