John Hickman was a featured speaker during the Consumer Directed Health Care Conference (CDHCC). The problems related to our health care system require that we all have a great urgency to find and implement solutions that will improve the quality of health care delivery, reduce costs for our company and employees and improve the health of our employees and their families. In spite of some significant hurdles, solutions are emerging, and this conference is directed to employers, consumer representatives, health plans and providers, who want practical solutions and ideas that they can take back to the office and start using right away.
