Nowell Berreth, Jack Sawyer and Don Segal participated in this annual event sponsored by the Agriculture Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.  Nowell Berreth, Chair of the Section, presided over the event and provide a program overview, 8:45am - 9:00am.  Jack Sawyer  presented "Death, Taxes and Conservation Easements: What all Farmers (and their Lawyers) Need to Know about Life's Only Certainties," 9:45am - 10:30am.  Don Segal served as a panelist for "Upcoming Federal Food Safety Initiatives Under the New Administration," 10:45am - 12:00pm.  Additional topics of discussion included the following.
