Alston & Bird hosted it's annual California "Women of Distinction" cocktail reception in celebration of the firm's women clients and friends. Awards were given to two California women of distinction who have demonstrated leadership and achievement in their professions and the community. This year's award honorees were Dawn Haghighi, Assistant General Counsel of Princess Cruise Lines, Ltd, and Sophia Esparza, CEO of the Chicana Service Action Center. Special recognition was also given to pro-bono honoree After-School All-Stars.
